Using ArtiMinds RPS, robot-based automa­tion solu­tions can be imple­mented quickly and flex­i­bly. Even processes that pre­vi­ously seemed unprof­itable or impos­si­ble to auto­mate can be imple­mented effi­ciently and eco­nom­i­cally with ArtiMinds soft­ware prod­ucts. Over sixty pre­de­fined motion tem­plates sup­port you in pro­gram­ming your robot. Func­tions and move­ments such as grip­ping, plug­ging, insert­ing and screw­ing can thus be mod­u­lar com­bined to a com­plete pro­gram sequence. The result is a robust and fully auto­mated appli­ca­tion based on native script code gen­er­ated by the soft­ware. That means you do not have to write a sin­gle line of code to pro­gram a robot.
As man­u­fac­turer-inde­pen­dent soft­ware, ArtiMinds sup­ports dif­fer­ent robot mod­els and periph­er­als. Once pro­grams have been cre­ated, they can also be trans­ferred to other robots or a new hard­ware setup with a sin­gle click. This sig­nif­i­cantly reduces setup costs and pro­gram­ming effort. On the one side this enables a cost-effi­cient robot-based automa­tion for high vari­ances or tol­er­ances. But on the other side it sim­pli­fies pro­gram­ming for small pro­duc­tion batches that need fre­quent repro­gram­ming or for qual­ity assur­ance of reg­u­larly chang­ing parts as well.
